What a perfect wedding gift this would be.  Made by husband and wife team, John and Heather at their studio on the family farm in southwest Ontario.  Who knew when John gave Heather a welder for a birthday present that it would evolve into all this.   After over 25 years, they are still enjoying the process of bringing a new design to life in steel.

This salad serving set is a wonderful tool to match a large salad bowl.  They start with two ginkgo-leaf-inspired end pieces that are slightly bent to shape, then cold forge the stainless steel handles for an approximate overall  length of 14″. A hammered leaf detail on each handle, welded as a matched pair, completes the set. 

Both pieces are made of high quality stainless steel. The serving ends have a soft, brushed finish while the handles are buffed to a bright sheen. This is a quality salad set that can be enjoyed for a lifetime then passed onto your children.
