“Named because the Savvy grapes are first to ripen each year and therefore in dire need of assistance from our straw-filled friends. The wine is crystal clear and seriously aromatic. A mix of herbals, grassy notes and the tropicals. There is a supportive minerally backing which helps carry the length. The palate exhibits more of the tropical notes and passionfruit plus a ripe plushness. With fine acidity and good length, this is an impressive Sauv Blanc.
